The Bank has a total network of 502 Branches as on 31.03.2017 covering 10 Districts. During the year 2016-17, the Bank has opened 16 new branches. It is proposed to open around 50 new branches during the current year taking into consideration the necessity for accelerated business growth and to meet financial inclusion policy obligations.

Human Resources

The Bank has a dedicated workforce of 1886 Personnel as on 31.03.2018 officials consisting of 1041 Officers, 776 Clerks(Office Assistants) and 69 Subordinates(Office Attendants). By the process of continuous training and motivation, the skill and competence of the officials are being regularly updated to meet the expectations of our customers. The Bank has also established a ‘KNOWLEDGE HUB’ with a full- fledged IT LAB for dissemination of knowledge to Staff.

To keep phase with our expansion Plan and growth Plans, the Bank took up recruitment of personnel in all the cadres. During the year 2017-18, 89 Officers and 120 Office Assistants were recruited. Depending on the requirement further recruitment of staff will take place during the current year also.

Women Grievances Redressal Cell

There are 515 women employees comprising 236 Officers,274 Office Assistants(MP) and 5 Office Attendants(MP) as on 31.03.2018. Women Grievances Redressal Cell has been formed to address the grievances of the women employees in the Bank. Women Officers are appointed as women grievances officers, at Head Office and also at Regional Offices.

Information Technology

As per the directions of Govt. Of India/Reserve Bank of India/NABARD, the Bank is implementing Financial Inclusion Plan for providing banking facilities to habitations having population of over 2000 in 245 villages in the command area of the Bank. Accordingly, the bank has engaged 419 Business correspondents through M/S Integra Micro Systems (Pvt) Ltd., Bangalore (Technology Service Provider) for providing Banking and financial services at the doorsteps of the customers by using Information Communication based Technology. The Bank has prepared the project for issuance of 1,30,000 Smart Cards to No Frill account holders in the above villages approved by the Board of Directors and the Smart Cards are being issued to the customers in stages. To facilitate better functioning of these Field BCs required training has been provided to 419 Business Correspondents in the field of banking knowledge, Human resources Management and to operate the Biometric device.
